It is possible to record and update the name of your domain alias using the update alias link (3) from within the CloudSET Account tab (2).
Note: If you have registered an alternative personal domain prior to registering the CloudSET Services and intend to make use of this to log into Zendesk, it is necessary to make this known to CloudSET before the CloudSET Services can be used whilst logged in with the alias.
Record your Domain Alias Name
Enter the name of your alternative domain (1) as it will appear within the URL's used to navigate the Zendesk pages and save the changes (2).
Confirm Successful Update
Once updated the name of the domain alias (3) is displayed in the CloudSET Services Account tab (2).
Changing the Domain Alias after CloudSET has been Registered
Note: If your domain alias is created or updated using the Host Mapping (4) within the Branding tab (2) on the Zendesk Account page (2) after the CloudSet Services have been registered, then the update will be made known to CloudSet automatically, triggered by this process.
The domain alias need only be updated via the CloudSET Account tab if the Host Mapping was set before CloudSET was registered.
