Each WaaS solution will usually require the deployment of a Widget and a Widget Service into the Zendesk Client and in some cases there will be the need and option to configure the Widget.

Deploy the WaaS Service Component

The Widget Service component of the WaaS solution can be deployed (4) from within the Widget Services not currently deployed: section (3) of the CloudSET WaaS Library, accessed via the CloudSET Framework side icon (1) and the WaaS tab (2).

Once deployed, the Widget Service will appear within the Widget Services at current version section (5), from where it is possible to undeploy (6) if necessary.

*Note: if a subscription is not in place for a WaaS solution the Widget Service will not be available for deployment (7).

Deploy the Widget Component

Just as with all Widgets the Widget component of the WaaS solution can be deployed (4) from within the Widgets not currently deployed: section (3) of the CloudSET Widget Library, accessed via the CloudSET Framework side icon (1) and the WaaS tab (2).

*Note: the presence of the red warning triangle (5) indicates that the dependent Widget Services have yet to be deployed (see previous step).

Some WaaS Widgets will also include a configurator which can be invoked by selecting the configure link (6) once the Widget has been deployed.
