The Feedback Form - (Inline Page Variant) provides an alternative option to the Feedback Form - (Popup IFrame Variant) to act as a replacement for the standard Zendesk "Submit a Request" ticket form.
However, this WaaS solution will run display the Feedback Form directly within the Zendesk page rather than as a Popup or dialog window.

*Note: unlike the Feedback Form - (Inline Page Variant) WaaS it is not currently possible to deploy and configure a working solution fro the inline variant without some additional work required by a CloudSET Consultant.
