Since the Help Center behaves and operates in a different fashion to the Agent Interface it doesn't recognize the use of the Apps used by the Agent Interface.
It has therefore been necessary to develop equivalent Help Center widgets for each of the CloudSET Apps used by the Agent Interface.
These widgets must be deployed and configured from within the Help Center tab (1) in order to make use of the corresponding CloudSET functionality in the Help Center.
The procedure involved in the deployment, configuration and redeployment of these widgets mirrors that used for CloudSET Apps when using the Apps tab. See Deploying and Configuring Apps and Redeploying Updated App Versions for full details.
