The CloudSET SLA Management extension is provided and deployed to your Zendesk account via Zendesk App as part of the CloudSET Framework.

Deploy the CloudSET SLA Management App
Bring up the CloudSet Services page by selecting the CloudSet Framework sidebar icon (1).
From within the Apps tab (2) deploy the CLoudSET SLA Management App (3).
*Note: before any Apps can be deployed it is first necessary to have setup the necessary subscription. This will normally have been arranged by you CloudSET Implementation Consultant.
Install & Configure the CloudSET SLA Management App
Once deployed the CloudSET SLA Management App (1) will appear within the list of Apps at current version (2) from where the installation procedure can be completed (3).
Unless otherwise instructed save the CloudSET SLA Management configuration dialog with an empty CloudSET URL (1).
This will default to the latest production version of the CloudSET SLA Management extensions.
Once successfully installed and configured a new CloudSET SLA Management sidebar icon will display in your Zendesk web browser interface (1).
Selecting this icon will bring up the CloudSET SLA Management Configurations page (2) from where your SLA setup and configurations can be setup and configured and/or reconfigured.
