Once the CloudSET Extension Framework has been registered all available Widgets will have been introduced as part of your CloudSET Widget Library, but the majority will not yet be ready for use until the option is taken to deploy.
Locating and Deploying a Widget
From within the CloudSet Widget Library, it is possible to see a list of all available Widgets (3) that have been purchased, but yet to have been deployed.
Selecting the deploy link (4) for a Widget within the list will install the Widget as part of your Zendesk installation
Widgets that are Unavailable for Deployment
Depending upon the level of service purchased, there might be one or more Widgets listed that are unavailable for use within your pricing plan. These are "greyed out" in the list and the corresponding deploy link is disabled (1).
Should you wish to make use of these widgets then please upgrade your service level to the appropriate price plan.
Configuring and Utilizing a Widget
Once deployed an available Widget will present itself within the list of deployed Widgets (1), showing the current version in use and the date deployment took place.
This information might be relevant when communicating with Coherence Design Ltd. in the event of any questions or issues pertaining to the use of the Widget.
Select the configure link (2) to invoke the operation used to configure and utilize a Widget.
