Once a workflow has been created using the Workflow App the "WFStates" custom Ticket field drop-down will appear on the Ticket form.

The "WFStates" custom field drop-down presents a list of all workflow states that have been created and selected for inclusion within the workflow applicable to the Ticket (see Identify which States are Involved in the Workflow within Capturing & Maintaining Workflows).

However, only those workflow states mapped as successors (2) to the current state (3) are available for selection (see Map the Order and Sequence of State Transitions within Capturing & Maintaining Workflows).

*Note: there are further circumstances and conditions under which the workflow states may or may not be available for selection (see Specify Conditions under which a Workflow Applies and Applying User Role Configurations).
