It is likely that there are a number of rules concerning the existence of mandatory fields and allowable value combinations and these must be adhered to in Zendesk before the Ticket can be shared successfully.
Otherwise, if any of these rules are broken attempts to share and exchange information between applications will fail.
Set Fields as Mandatory in Zendesk
It is recommended that the CloudSet Mandatory Fields (App, Widget) is used to ensure all mandatory custom fields in the third party application are always set in the Zendesk Ticket.

Set Rules to Control Allowable Value Combinations
If required, the CloudSet Dependent Value Fields (App, Widget) can be used to control which values can be selected (1) for one custom Ticket field (2), depending upon the value selected (3) for another field (4).
