Processes Pro

Provides versatile ways to implement a controlled workflow process and tasks lists; achieved by defining lifecycle activity steps, and critically managing the transitions between these steps. Controls applied to the ticket, include data quality checks, allowable next step transitions, and even role permissions. Actions can also be implemented on transitions, including copying field data, setting field data, and group assignment.

Template's of re-usable processes can be configured using a comprehensive business level configuration tool. Rich text guidance notes, including images, can be authored and displayed to Agents to provide more detailed Workflow and Activity information about the process context.

Flexible ways to invoke processes, including on ticket creation, or on the app itself. The selected process template, if configured to do so, can be tailored by an Agent at the start, and during the lifecycle of the ticket, including the ability to link to existing tickets.

Activity Steps can be standalone or include a task list for the Activity. These can use Tasks, and Delegated Tasks (linked sub-tickets that require action by another agent). All tasks require completion, as part of being allowed to transition to the next Activity Step.

Zendesk Views can be constructed to filter on Workflow’s, Activities, and Delegated Tasks types, to help manage a portfolio of tickets under process control.
