Platinum Level Support includes all the provisions of Silver and Gold Level Support plus the following:

Provide ongoing minor enhancements to the solution level delivered by Coherence Design, such as adjusting triggers for expanding the solution coverage. The degree and frequency of such enhancements will need to be contained within acceptable usage norms. In cases where requests are considered more than minor, we'll advise and justify accordingly, together with a proposal for an ad-hoc micro-consulting project to implement.

You'll also be able to discuss and receive advice on planning and assessing larger scale enhancements to the implemented solution, as well as advise on new features that Zendesk makes from time-to-time.
