We use independent monitoring systems to both alert and record any downtime. The above graph is a real time report on our current performance on a rolling 30 day period.

The availability is expected to be above 99.95%, although due to our multi-regional data centers (US-East & EU-West), it is architecturally possible for us to achieve 100% uptime, which is important for web services such as SLA Management.

Average Response Time

This is a measure of the average time to render a CloudSET application such as App Configuration Tools. Auto-scaling web servers ensure that appropriate resources are automatically provided to maintain response time performance.

Web Services performance is typically at a factor of 10 or more, due to use of queue management techniques that ensure that connections quickly free-up.

Maintenance

Due to the use of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) techniques, there is no downtime associated with new build deployments.

Very occasional planned maintenance may be required if an impacting database change is required. Where such maintenance is required, it will be planned for a quiet period and advised ahead of time.
