From within Zendesk admin area, browse the App Marketplace and install the CloudSET Framework Registration App. A new side bar icon will appear, click this to access the one-off registration form. This has several pages, each capturing a separate facet of the CloudSET registration. This includes: licensing agreement, company details, preferences for invoicing, and account to be used for API access.
We need this level of detail to create a CloudSET account and specifically to grant us API access to install the CloudSET Framework on your Zendesk and provide ongoing services. The API token method is used - we take security seriously. Access can be revoked at any time by you regenerating the access token within Zendesk.
Once registration is successfully completed, the CloudSET Framework will be installed on your Zendesk. The same side bar icon, restricted to admin users, is used to access a multi-tabbed CloudSET Framework application.
The Account tab provides a means to confirm and manage your CloudSET account and the relationship you can have with other Zendesk accounts, such as your Sandbox. Purchased CloudSET capabilities apply to both your prime and sandbox.
The Apps, Widget, & WaaS tabs enable you to manage each discrete CloudSET capability, including deployment, upgrades, and access to configuration tools. Links are also provided to detailed relevant documentation.
The Configurations tab provides access to the CloudSET Configurations Manager, a tool that provides Zendesk configuration portability between Zendesks.
The Tools tab is a collection of configuration tools for CloudSET Modules
The Purchase tab is CloudSET's own in-app eCommerce purchasing app. Here you can purchase and instantly enable most CloudSET capabilities.
