Once the Cloud SET Framework has been Registered, a Purchase tab provides access to CloudSET's own in-app purchase module, enabling you to select and purchase the CloudSET capabilities you require.
The registration process captures most of what is required for purchase processing, with the exception of credit card details if this was your preferred option. A credit card is required if you want to purchase subscription services on the basis of a rolling monthly commitment. Coherence have partnered with Strip, a leading payment processing engine, to securely manage the purchasing transactions.
Different purchase methods are used for different types of CloudSET capabilities or services. One-off payments, with through-life Silver Support, have a good fit with capabilities that run entirely on the Zendesk platform. Subscription payments are used where CloudSET provides operational web services, and for simplicity, use the per agent pricing model as a gauge to usage & value. Professional services can also be purchased, as well as extended support packages
The bill on the right hand side will always reflect your current commitment. Subscription services can be cancelled or increased. Where capabilities have been purchased, they are greyed out to make it clearer to understand your purchases.
