From setup to support and pricing, here are quick answers to the most common questions we get from teams considering Cloudset.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All Cloudset Apps, except Performset which requires consulting led onboarding.

A  14-day free trial period - with no credit card required.

What happens after the trial ends?

You’ll choose a plan to continue. All your data stays intact - nothing is lost or reset.

What payment options are available?

Typically, monthly by credit card.

However, if you organization is unable to transact in this way, we can look at offering invoicing terms. This will require annual comments, with overage true-ups.

What is your discounting policy?

We don't specifically have one. We strongly believe in the value that we can bring to your Zendesk operations.

Where this may soften is in consideration of large volumes of agents, multi-year commits, and NFP organizations.

Is Cloudset secure enough for enterprise use?

Yes. Cloudset is SOC 2 Type II compliant and supports role-based access, audit logging, and data encryption.

What kind of support do you offer?

All plans include support via our own instance of Zendesk. We are able to view your Cloudset Apps configuration data to help diagnose issues.
