At Cloudset, we firmly believe our team members are our greatest asset. As a company that takes a people-first approach to providing SaaS, we wanted our values to reflect the perspectives and ideas of everyone in our company. We invested in making this happen. Creating opportunities for remote teams to connect is important and builds a positive and collaborative culture.
Our team was front and centre when we defined our company values. We provided the enablers, space, and time so the team could discuss, explore and create. This was a transparent process where everyone had a voice. The result is a set of meaningful values unique to our company that resonate and guide each of us.
We are proud to have four core values that are central to our mission and vision:
- Ambitious: We set high standards for ourselves, focused on what could be done rather than what could not, and emphasised finding solutions, allowing us to overcome problems.
- Curious: We are proactive and open-minded, constantly learning, growing, and pushing daily to improve. We encouraged everyone to contribute and share ideas.
- Collaborative: We are approachable and friendly, wanting to share knowledge and expertise to support each other. We were respectful and valued the benefits of working together.
- Acting with Integrity: We provide quality solutions and act with honesty, transparency, and respect for ourselves, our customers, and our partners.
